1. Shipping Methods
We offer both domestic and international shipping options based on the order volume and destination. Our primary shipping methods include:

  • Freight forwarding (by land, sea, or air)

  • Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples or small batches

  • FOB, CIF, DDP terms available upon request

2. Lead Time
Production and delivery timelines depend on the type and volume of the order:

  • Standard EVA materials: 5–10 business days

  • Custom orders: 10–20 business days (including sample confirmation)

  • Bulk volume: Subject to material availability and capacity

3. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Foam sheets and rolls: Wrapped in PE film or stretch film

  • Molded/cut parts: Packed in cardboard boxes with protective lining

  • Palletized shipments available for bulk orders

4. Shipping Costs

  • Freight charges vary depending on the delivery method and destination

  • DAP/DDP quotations available based on Incoterms

  • You may also use your designated logistics provider or freight forwarder

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and duties unless DDP is specified

  • We provide all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and CO if needed

6. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking numbers or bill of lading details will be provided upon shipment

  • Any delay caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, customs inspections) will be promptly communicated

7. Shipping Damage or Loss

  • Please inspect goods upon arrival

  • Any damage or shortage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery

  • We offer compensation or re-shipment depending on the case
